Pinot Grigio comes from Pooley's cool Tasmanian estate vineyards and is handled gently with minimal intervention. The approach keeps citrus and orchard fruit clear while natural acidity and texture provide shape rather than oak richness.
造り・製法
PooleyがTasmaniaに持つ冷涼な自社畑からPinot Grigioを収穫し、介入を抑えて穏やかに仕込みます。樽の豊かさではなく、自然な酸と質感で形を作りながら、柑橘と果樹園の果実を明瞭に保ちます。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Pooley favours the dry, restrained Grigio expression of the variety rather than a richer, more aromatic Pinot Gris style. Tasmanian acidity and a small savoury edge give the simple-looking wine useful table precision.
