This policy describes the current KatsuSip experience and services that may be enabled as the site develops.

Information stored on your device

Drink records such as Tried, Favourite, ratings, comparison selections and language preferences may be stored in your browser using LocalStorage. Clearing browser data may remove these records.

Accounts and Firebase

When you choose to create an account or sign in, authentication is provided through Firebase. Firebase may process identifiers such as your email address, display name, account ID and sign-in provider. KatsuSip does not receive your Google password.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

KatsuSip may use essential cookies or similar technology for authentication and security. Analytics and Google AdSense may be enabled in the future. If enabled, those services may use cookies or device information for measurement, fraud prevention and advertising, subject to consent requirements in your region. Advertising placeholders do not by themselves set advertising cookies.

User content and contact

If you submit feedback, a missing drink, or contact us, we may process the information you provide to review and respond. Do not submit sensitive personal data. Account-linked records may be stored to support profile and social features when those features are enabled.

Your choices

You may use core catalogue browsing without an account. You can clear local records through your browser. For account or privacy questions, contact us through the Contact page.
