Whole bunches from the low-yielding Clos des Capucins are pressed and fermented without added cultured yeast. The wine matures for ten months in very old oak casks, allowing granitic sand, gravel and fruit to speak without new-oak flavour.
造り・製法

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Théo is Domaine Weinbach's accessible dry Riesling from its walled monopole at the foot of Schlossberg. Sandy, gravelly soils give a softer, earlier-drinking expression than the domaine's more austere Grand Cru Rieslings.
