Chardonnay is drawn from nearly twelve hectares of Petit Chablis vineyards farmed by Pierrick Laroche. Careful vineyard work and cool, neutral handling preserve the citrus fruit, acidity and limestone-derived mineral character.
造り・製法
Pierrick Larocheが管理する約12ヘクタールのPetit Chablis畑からChardonnayを収穫します。丁寧な栽培と低温で中立的な醸造により、柑橘の果実、酸、石灰質土壌由来のミネラルを保ちます。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Laroche treats Petit Chablis with the same seriousness as his higher appellations, and some parcels have concentration beyond the category's simplest examples. It remains more immediate and zesty than his village Chablis.
