Chardonnay is selected from Levantine Hill's varied Yarra Valley estate blocks and vinified in small parcels. Barrel fermentation and lees maturation build depth while site selection retains acidity and mineral definition.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Estate Chardonnay assembles multiple slopes and microclimates into Levantine Hill's principal white, rather than isolating one block. It combines breadth and site complexity while remaining more restrained than an overtly buttery style.
