Valli receives Pinot Noir from Burn Cottage's biodynamically farmed estate in Lowburn and vinifies it through the continuing vineyard-swap collaboration. Gentle handling and measured oak preserve the site's perfume and texture.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
The wine is neither Valli's own-vineyard Pinot nor Burn Cottage's estate-made bottling: it is Valli's interpretation of Burn Cottage fruit. That producer-and-site exchange makes winemaking perspective part of its identity.
