Riesling is grown at Pooley's Cooinda Vale Vineyard in the Coal River Valley and handled separately to preserve the cool site's acidity. Neutral fermentation and maturation keep citrus and mineral detail ahead of vessel character.
造り・製法
Coal River ValleyにあるPooleyのCooinda Vale VineyardでRieslingを育て、冷涼な畑の酸を保つため単独で仕込みます。中立的な容器で発酵・育成し、容器の風味より柑橘とミネラルの細部を前面に出します。

This single-vineyard Riesling shows a different face of Cooinda Vale from Pooley's Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its value lies in linear acidity and transparent site expression rather than barrel-derived breadth.
