Wild blackberry, dried cherry and black olive meet clove, morel mushroom and cured meat. The Kyloe is made entirely from Barossa Mataro, a late-ripening Rhône variety harvested only after flavour and tannin have developed fully. Careful maturation softens the grape's structure while retaining its savoury character.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Few Torbreck wines isolate Mataro rather than blending it with Grenache and Shiraz. Kyloe makes the variety's olive, game and earthy profile the centre, offering a more savoury alternative to the estate's fruit-rich blends.
