Chardonnay comes from old vines in Les Chevalières, a high Meursault site aligned with several Premier Cru slopes. Restrained oak and careful maturation develop breadth while preserving the parcel's mineral tension.
造り・製法
Meursault上部で複数のPremier Cru斜面と同じ等高線にあるLes Chevalièresの古樹からChardonnayを収穫します。控えめな樽と丁寧な育成で、区画のミネラルの張りを保ちながら広がりを作ります。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Les Chevalières combines village classification with the elevation and structure associated with more celebrated slopes. Its old-vine weight is balanced by a cooler, flinty line that distinguishes it from softer Meursault sites.
