Wild strawberry, citrus and white peach are joined by white flowers and Mediterranean herbs. The pale, dry rosé has a rounded middle but finishes cool and saline, suiting prawns, salads or Provençal vegetables.野イチゴ、柑橘、白桃に、白い花と地中海のハーブが重なります。淡い辛口Roséは中盤に丸みがありながら冷涼で塩味のある余韻へ続き、エビ、サラダ、Provence風の野菜料理に合います。

Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are drawn from Miraval's terraced Côtes de Provence vineyards. Gentle pressing and cool, protected vinification preserve the pale colour, floral aroma and refreshing acidity.
造り・製法
MiravalのCôtes de Provenceにある段々畑からGrenache、Cinsault、Syrahを収穫します。穏やかな圧搾と酸化を防ぐ低温醸造により、淡い色、花の香り、爽やかな酸を保ちます。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Miraval combines higher, night-cooled terraces with the Perrin family's Rhône winemaking experience. The result has more mineral shape and savoury restraint than a simply fruit-sweet commercial rosé.
