Pinot Noir is grown in Valli's Bendigo vineyard on elevated, schist-influenced terraces. Parcels are fermented and matured with restrained oak so the subregion's dark fruit and firm structure remain clear.
造り・製法
ValliのBendigo畑にある、片岩の影響を受けた高い段丘でPinot Noirを育てます。区画ごとに発酵し、樽の影響を抑えて育成することで、この小地域の黒い果実と硬質な骨格を明確に保ちます。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Bendigo is the warmest and driest of Valli's Pinot Noir sites, giving darker fruit and more power than the Waitaki or Gibbston bottlings. The wine remains a single-vineyard study rather than an all-Otago blend.
