Pinot Noir is drawn from old-vine parcels within Volnay and handled in small lots before maturation in French oak. The restrained cellar work is intended to preserve perfume, red fruit and the village's fine structure.
造り・製法
Volnayの古樹区画からPinot Noirを収穫し、小ロットで仕込んだ後、フレンチオークで育成します。香り、赤系果実、村らしい細かな骨格を保つため、過度な樽香を避けた造りです。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Vieilles Vignes presents a broader old-vine view of Volnay rather than the character of one Premier Cru. It offers more depth than a simple regional Burgundy while remaining centred on fragrance and finesse.
