Nebbiolo is hand harvested from Vietti's Brunate MGA parcel in La Morra. Extended skin contact in stainless steel is followed by malolactic conversion and long maturation in large oak casks.
造り・製法
La MorraのBrunate MGAにあるViettiの区画からNebbioloを手摘みします。ステンレスタンクで果皮と長く接触させて発酵し、マロラクティック発酵後に大型木樽で長期育成します。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Brunate is known for joining La Morra perfume with substantial Barolo structure. Vietti bottles the MGA separately, so its floral lift and firm persistence remain distinct from the estate's multi-site Barolo.
