Old-vine Barossa Shiraz from several grower vineyards is co-fermented with a small Viognier component. Separate parcels mature in French oak before selection and blending into the RunRig style.
造り・製法
Barossaの複数の契約古樹畑からShirazを集め、少量のViognierと混醸します。区画ごとにフレンチオークで育成し、選抜とブレンドを経てRunRigにまとめます。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
RunRig is Torbreck's multi-vineyard old-vine Shiraz expression, using Viognier to lift aroma rather than creating a single-site wine. Its scale and breadth contrast with the one-vineyard Descendant.
