Shiraz from the single Descendant Vineyard is co-fermented with Viognier. The block was planted from RunRig cuttings, and the wine matures in French oak barrels previously used for RunRig.
造り・製法
単一のDescendant Vineyardから得るShirazをViognierと混醸します。畑はRunRigの挿し木から植えられ、ワインはRunRigに使用したフレンチオーク樽で育成します。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Descendant is literally linked to RunRig through both vine material and used barrels, yet it comes from one Marananga vineyard. That direct lineage gives a more site-specific and perfumed counterpart to multi-site RunRig.
