Riesling comes from the steep Monte Vacano parcel within Kiedrich's Gräfenberg vineyard. The wine is fermented and raised with extended lees contact, using large oak alongside traditional cellar methods to build depth without losing tension.

KiedrichのGräfenberg畑にある急斜面のMonte Vacano区画からRieslingを収穫します。大型樽を用い、澱と長く接触させながら発酵・育成し、張りを失わず深みを作ります。
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Monte Vacano is a parcel selection above Robert Weil's regular Gräfenberg bottling, revived as a distinct dry wine. Its tiny, steep source and longer élevage place it at the most concentrated end of the estate's trocken range.
