Fruit is blended from four small family vineyards across the southern Eden Valley ranges, including Flaxman Valley, Angaston and Springton. Cool stainless-steel fermentation keeps the aromatic varieties of site clear and the acidity taut.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
